This policy explains what personal information interaccasinoguide.ca collects, why, and your rights under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, Quebec’s privacy law as amended by Law 25. Last updated 29 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Interac Casino Guide operates this site. Privacy questions or requests go to our contact page; the person responsible for privacy at Interac Casino Guide receives them.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. Used only to reply to you. Kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Server logs: our host records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. Logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.
- Province choice: if you pick a province in our selector, it is stored in your own browser (local storage) so the right casinos show next time. It is never sent to us.
- Approximate region: our content delivery network may tell the page which country and province a visit comes from, only so we can show Ontario visitors the Ontario-registered list. We do not store it.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or create profiles of visitors.

When you click a casino link, the casino may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. That is covered by the casino’s own privacy policy, which you should read before signing up.
Where information is stored
Our hosting and content delivery providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States and Europe. They are bound by contract to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to its use. Quebec residents also have the rights set out in Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. We answer requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to our systems is limited. No method is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can.
Children
This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal gambling age.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
